Good Morning Chicago DSA
We’ve got a light schedule this week. A couple of working group meetings. A panel on Food and Socialism (Highly recommend, btw!). And that’s it! If I’m being honest, I kinda appreciate that, at least for just one week. It makes writing this email a lot easier, that’s for sure.
Since you all have so much extra time on your hands, I’m going to suggest a couple of things to fill your evenings and days.
First off: Check out our podcast! Our team does a really top notch job working on it and there are some great episodes, especially recently. And we’re always looking for producers so if you have a topic or story you really want to tell, get in touch with us! Just email [email protected]!
Second: Starting this week, I’ll be posting all the “This Week” emails on our website. In fact, it’s quite possible you’re reading these words from the website right now! It’s got fancy graphics* and you can post it on your friend’s Facebook wall, the friend who you’re like so close to radicalizing and getting them to join already but they’ve always ‘already had plans.’ They’ll love it. I promise. So, go and check out the website already! There’s a lot of cool stuff on there and should be more coming soon!
Alright, that’s all I’ve got for you. See you all out there, comrades!
