Art Build

August 29, 2017 @ 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm UTC+0

We will be painting a banner for a September 2nd day of action in solidarity with the Little Traverse Band of Odawa calling for the shut down of a pipeline that has been installed under Lake Michigan since 1953.  This event is co-sponsored by the American Indian Center Chicago (https://www.facebook.com/AmericanIndianCenter/), Food & Water Watch – Midwest (https://www.facebook.com/FoodandWaterWatchMidwest), and the Chicago Democratic Socialists of America Environmental Working Group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/295832980867645/)

All water protectors, indigenous and non-indigenous folks are welcome to attend! Bring friends!
